I’m grateful that my hotel has a lap pool. I hate swimming (well, not hate exactly, but I don’t love it) but I have to do it to train for my upcoming sprint triathlon. So, I’m grateful that this hotel has a lap pool. And a steam room. And a sauna. Yum.
I’m grateful for the memories that my husband and kids and I have created over the years. On my run this morning, I passed a little park where ten years ago, on another business trip, my little family and I built snowmen after a full Boston business day. It felt like the purest blessing to be in that clearing again this morning. Heaven.
I’m grateful that I can still run, and swim, and yoga. I’m grateful for the scientific data that has emerged to tell me that it’s never to late to get stronger. Amen. And I’m grateful for my workout buddy who tells me via text how awesome I am. Sara, you rock

I’m grateful for in-room coffee makers. I’m more grateful for room service I’m grateful I have this job. Thank You, God.

I’m grateful for calls from my family that keep me grounded in what really matters.
